Belinda Keye’s Frazier, 72, passed away on November 1, 2025 at Redlands Community Hospital. She was a cherished mother, and grandmother, who will be deeply missed.

Born on January 6, 1953 in Huntington Park, CA,Belinda grew up in Los Angeles county. She met her husband Roy in Cudahy, CA and after three short dates the pair were married in 1974. They had three children and enjoyed 40 years of marriage before Roy’s death in 2014. Belinda eventually moved to Banning with her family in 2002, where she resided until her passing.

Belinda was preceded in death by her husband Roy. She is survived by her daughters Royel Frazier and Meashell Frazier (Travis), son Leslie Frazier, and eight grandchildren DeaJiane, Melody, Charlie, Conner, Dillon, Dean, Jayden and Lily. Her five sisters, and many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.

Belinda was an avid cook, gardener, and loved to craft. She loved butterflies, the color blue, and caring for those around her. Belinda was an amazing mother and grandmother, who loved taking care of her family.She is greatly loved and will be missed tremendously.
