Frederick Jones, eldest son of Raymond and Mary Jones, passed away peacefully on 06 November 2025. Raised in a family grounded in entrepreneurial spirit and resilience, Frederick carried these values throughout his life.
He built a meaningful career in finance, particularly in the paper currency sector, and later worked in the education field, where he was admired for his integrity, precision, and steadfast dedication.
Frederick was an avid runner and cyclist, a true cinema connoisseur, a voracious reader, and a joyful cook who loved sharing meals with others. In his younger years, he also played baseball, forming friendships and memories that stayed with him.
Family was at the centre of his life. Frederick shared a strong bond with his two daughters, holding both dearly in his heart. He is survived by his youngest daughter, his son-in-law, and his grandson, who brought him profound joy. He also deeply loved his nephews, the sons of his eldest brother. Frederick is further survived by his ex-wife, with whom he remained close and caring even in his final days.
Frederick will be remembered for his kindness, humility, curiosity, and quiet strength. His legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
